Description

Whiting Louis XV Serving Fork This is a sterling silver serving fork in the Whiting Louis XV pattern. The fork is antique, so does show some signs of being used, but not abused. The fork is NOT new but is in very good vintage condition with some age appropriate wear. The serving fork is not monogrammed front or revers and it has not been buffed, but could benefit from additional hand polishing. This serving fork measures approximately 9". The serving fork is marked "STERLING PAT 1891" along with the lion "W" Whiting logo. It is also marked by the retailing jewelry store, Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co.
