These belonged to my grandparents. Serving fork and serving spoon. Based on my research, they are Flame pattern silver plate from 1938 and made by the National Silver Co. I’ve seen the spoon called a solid smooth casserole spoon. I did not try polishing them and will leave that up to you, they are tarnished. Coming from a smoke free home.
