Frank Lloyd Wright might be one of the best known architects in America. Liberty Graphics once carried a line of shirts authorized by the Frank Lloyd Foundation. This was discontinued some years ago and I have limited new inventory from that FLW Collection. FLW, widely regarded as the most influential architect of his time, was a master of rendering images with colored pencils. He once said, "Colors - in pastel or crayon - always a thrill! To this day I love to hold a handful of many colored pencils and open my hand to see them lying loose upon my palm in the light." The pencils in this image, now in FLW Archives, were on Wright's desk at the time of his death. The principles expressed Liberty graphics is known for attention to detail, consistent quality and concern for the environment. To acknowledge the last they use water based inks that are long lasting on the shirt but easier on the environment.
