Not a matching set. Each piece is stamped differently. The fork has the sterling markings from JWC. The table scraper Appears to be possibly Reed & Barton and may be silver plate. Very pretty and quite unusual. The fork is 10.5 inches long and the silent butler is 13.5 inches long.
