Description

Presented is an antique, sterling silver serving fork made by the Robert Blackinton Co. during the first quarter of the 1900s. This piece is done in the Thistle pattern, which was patented in 1901. Th whole handle is finely cast with detailed thistle flowers and leaves. This piece has never been monogrammed. The back is marked for sterling and patent 1901. This piece is in great overall condition and the designs are crisp. There is minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, but no damages and no repairs. Length: 8 1/4 inches. Weight: 62 grams.
